Pronounced "Sons of Tahn-ah-tea-ah".

SOT is a 3 piece from Atlanta Ga concentrating on the underground workings of doom/sludge/punk rock. Established in 2008, SOT has self released a 7" (recorded by Mike Longoria of Withered & artwork by Viral Graphics out of Greece) and a 12" (recorded by Jay Matheson at the Jam Room Studios in Columbia SC & artwork by Rodney Githens) with the latter album being picked up by Hydro-Phonic Records out of Grand Rapids MI who then put out a cd version of the full length in 2010. 2011 saw the Sons touring extensively throughout the U.S with various compilations created using some of SOT's songs.

SOT will be releasing their 2nd full length in June of 2012 which was recorded in Athens back in Nov of 2011 by Kyle Spence of Harvey Milk & artwork by Chris Parry.

My Cold Dead Hand is sexy like a black eye, and only a slightly lighter shade of purple. These haggard vets of the lying whore that is the music business produce a racket that is unquestionably weighty. Rooted in the power of dynamics and crescendo, their attack wrings the drama out of every note and embraces sounds rarely exploited by peers. And a beautiful heaviness is fashioned from shards of cabaret and carnival mingling with rock roar.

Blending a unique style of, psychedelic rock, doom, ambient, and shoegaze, DeepSpacePilots is a three piece heavy rock band that has been playing around Chicago since 2006. Current line-up: Guitar/vocals: Ron Strojny; Drums: Bill Shanklin; and, Bass: Paul DiPego. Their latest release, entitled simply, "deepspacepilots", was released on January 31, 2012. The album consists of nine tracks and runs approximately fifty minutes. The band has shared the stage with the likes of Bongripper, Angel Eyes, the reformed Kevin Wood & Malfunkshun, Salt of the Earth, Unfortunaut, Couldron, and the now defunct Trifog. Their live shows can achieve ear-bleeding volumes. The band is currently working on a follow-up release.
