Colin Schiller & The Reactions

Listening to the sincere and catchy rock n’ roll of Colin Schiller and The Reactions’ record, ENDLESS HOLIDAY, is unbelievably refreshing. It immediately defies what one would expect to hear coming out of the Brooklyn "too cool for school" music scene. ENDLESS HOLIDAY, the band’s debut record, is a bit of a throwback to the days of Huey, Costello, and The Boss with just the right twist of November 5, 1955. The full-on fun-antics of Colin Schiller and The Reactions bring back that old feeling of sincere and earnest rock n' roll that never comes up short on the charisma that entertains crowds.

Schiller and the band take the audience on a journey through well-crafted and exceptionally performed light hearted songs of sex, love and rock n’ roll, leaving the listener eagerly waiting for more. Schiller has led his troupe onto many well-known stages, leading packed performances at the Mercury Lounge, Bruar Falls, and the Knitting Factory in NYC, as well as in the CMJ Music Festival and the Dewey Beach Music Conference. Colin Schiller and The Reactions recorded ENDLESS HOLIDAY at Vacation Island Studios (MGMT, Gang Gang Dance, Lemonheads) and it will be released Aug 2 on Milk It To Deaf Records.

Ryan Fagman & The Gaze

Ryan Fagman & The Gaze are an art rock trio formed in NYC. The musicians, Ryan Fagman (guitar, vocals) Franklin Zitter (bass, vocals) & Travis Satten (drums, keys) bring various influences to the band's formidable dynamic. While channeling elements of rock, jazz, funk, punk, and classical music, Ryan Fagman & The Gaze consistently deliver charged live performances that focus on pure musicianship, unlike many other bands that predominate the current music scene. Come witness for yourself what has been described as "The best music in the world. Ever."

Phil and the Osophers

Phil and the Osophers are a noted three piece band from Brooklyn via San Francisco. They have recorded 6 full length records and a Christmas EP, and are readying a simultaneous release of 2 LPs. They have a rhythmic indie pop sound with an emphasis on philosophical lyrics. They have shared the stage with the likes of Art Brut, Les Savy Fav and Passion Pit.

Xylofaux's dynamic sound is deeply rooted in the heart of the midwest where this indie rock trio began nearly ten years ago. Kyle Tigges (guitar/vocals), Blake Carr (bass/vocals), and Andy Ross (drums) united as teenagers to create their unique brand of heartfelt rock music. After two records and countless shows, the band parted ways to follow different musical paths. Kyle moved to New York City in 2008 where he released a single solo effort titled “Xylofaux.” Soon after, the three childhood friends reunited in Brooklyn and re-formed as the band Xylofaux which then included the soundscapes of Jon Neal.

"Xylofaux's brand of groovy indie rock features a steady pulse, moving melodies and brilliant (at times moving) lyrics." - Texs Bluesman

As a four piece, Xylofaux made it's presence known in the heart of New York's vast music scene. The band recorded and released a self-titled EP in 2009 and a full-length album ("Likelife") in 2010. In 2011, Jon split from the band and is currently collaborating on an instrumental effort with Chris Wigger of the band Glissade.

Xylofaux, the trio, continues to write and perform in New York and will be announcing recording and touring plans later this year. Keep your ears tuned in to this band and they will be sure to pull at your heart strings and push buttons in your head.
