RatTrapper

As Wyoming's jugless jug band, RatTrapper roams the great land that is America. Their raw flavor of ragtime country music ignites crowds young and old.

One day in the spring of 08, Ole Thundergut lost the keys to his bicycle lock. He bought a pair of bolt cutters from Ace Hardware to free his bike and promptly returned them. With roughly $40 in store credit he acquired the parts that would eventually become the original washed up bass. It was shortly after that several other characters would join him in Laramie, Wyoming to form the country music sensation, RatTrapper.

Dennis "Abe" Abramson rode into the high western plains of Wyoming from the burly Upper Peninsula of Michigan. His whiskey-propelled-banjo met Ole Thundergut's wash tub rhythms with speed and grace.

They stumbled into the legendary Buckhorn Bar one day while Carter "Cartrouble" Parks ragged over some old timey out-of-tune piano he learned in rural downeast Maine.

Chris "Needs a trapper name" Koch joined in with his fast, flashy guitar he picked up from the honky tonks of Texas.

Together, these four commadeered taverns, parlors, sidewalks, and streets of Wyoming transforming menial modern day living back into the wild debaucherous days of the old west. Today they set out to spread the ruckus to the rest of America and beyond.
