Bare Knuckle Conflict has been tearing up stages in the Midwest ever since late 2004. This high energy St. Louis area heavy and melodic metal band describes their sound as "in your face metal with a groove." BKC's intense live performances have drawn a hardcore following that continues to grow from venue to venue. All members of the band maintain a dedication and desire to promote their brand of metal far and wide. UNHUMANHYMN is a final finished product of many experiences, seasons, trials and realizations about music, the industry, and the people that make it work or not work. It came together as a seperation from individuals, situations of something that could no longer be, relationships that would fall and be rebuilt on a stronger foundation. BRANDON MANLOVE Guitar,Voice for UNHUMANHYMN is best known for his work on Serenade the Samurai which was released on Rotten Records in October 2006. Serenade the Samurai received much media attention, REVOLVER Mag. METAL MANIACS, OUTBURN, METAL EDGE, as well as some major airplay from SIRIUS/XM Satellite. After this project went it's seperate ways, Brandon decided to continue to push forward musically and mentally. "There was no way I was going to sit around and let my experiences go to waste." Brandon had performed live at XM Studio in DC as well as live at SIRIUS studio in New York City, not to mention a butt load of shows across the country, radio interviews and the opportunity to record at WRIGHTWAY Recording Studio(Dog Fashion Disco, Nothingface, Samadhi, Misery Index, Dying Fetus) in Baltimore, MD with engineers Drew Lamond and Steve Wright. Brandon decided to start UNHUMANHYMN with his bassist/wife Alicia VandeVen Manlove from a prior band PROJECT MOTIVATION as well as his talented brother/drummer James Manlove from Dr. Jones/ELEVENTH COMMANDMENT. UNHUMANHYMN began writing and arranging song material about 3 months later and continue to move forward and challenge one another as musicians. Today UNHUMANHYMN is a strong, tight unit with a work ethic that your average band could not touch. UNHUMANHYMN will be recording a five song EP in mid-July 2009 at WRIGHTWAY Recording Studio with engineer Drew Lamond.
