DJ Deejay began spinning in the clubs of Philadelphia in 2000. Taking his love of the rocknroll he grew up on, Deejay started his first party titled "53rd & 3rd" (taken from the Ramones song of the same name). After his reputation grew among club goers, club owners, and booking agents, Deejay quickly landed consistent residencies throughout Philadelphia throwing parties such as "Beatles/Stones/Bowie", "BBG!" (an all Beyonce Britney Spears & Lady Gaga dance party) and "MMP!" (an all Madonna Michael Jackson & Prince dance party which received the award for "Best Dance Party" by the editors Philadelphia Magazine). Recently, Deejay has redefined the concept of what a dance party can be with the EMO/Indie based dance party, "MakeOutClub", which is becoming a nightlife sensation in Philadelphia & New York City. He has been the Saturday night resident dj at Silk City in the booming Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia for over 4 years with his "Anything U can SHAKE YrHips2" dance party which is a consistently sold out event. His summertime parties on the world famous Moshulu Boat located on the waters of the Delaware River are a Philadelphia nightlife staple drawing crowds into the thousands.
