Y/Y is a Brooklyn-based band consisting of Jason Meeks and Conrad Burnham, both formerly of The Binary Marketing Show. The two began writing songs in the spring of 2010. They take an experimental approach to pop music, with an emphasis on driving percussion and mixed media. Mixing electronics with guitar and drums, the two create a dense sonic atmosphere. Y/Y is currently in the process of recording a full-length album due in late 2010, and playing shows in the NYC area. Why? Why? Nothing is certain.

Charles and Michael met at a Russian bath house in 2008. In their spare time they enjoy loitering around Coney Island and drinking Madeira in a Bushwick basement.
